September 9 – 18 throughout York and Lancaster Counties
Welcoming Week elevates the growing movement of communities that fully embrace new Americans and their contributions to the social fabric of our country. It’s a chance for neighbors — both immigrants and U.S.-born residents — to get to know one another and celebrate what unites us as a community.
We are hosting events throughout York and Lancaster Counties during the week so there are many ways to get engaged!
Fall Fest and Autumn Dash
September 24 @ 8:30 (Autumn Dash) and 10 am (Fallfest) @ The W. Dale Brougher Foundation YMCA in Shrewsbury
Join us for a fun 5k in south-central Pennsylvania – traffic control, cheering fans and a Fall Festival post-race celebration make this event a great way to kick-off the fall season!

The ExtraOrdinary Give
November 18 @ all day throughout Lancaster County
Come out and celebrate Lancaster’s day of givnig with your local YMCA! We’re hosting fun activities throughout the day and showcasing our amazing youth programs!
The York YMCA Turkey Trot
November 24 @ 9 am at the York Branch YMCA
The Thanksgiving Day tradition continues! Join us for our 26th Annual Turkey Trot 5k burn some calories before the feast!
