YMCA Weight Loss Program

The YMCA Weight Loss Program is designed to help people seeking a healthier weight by making small changes to daily behaviors and forming sustainable, healthy habits.

Program Description:

  • Weight loss program
  • Small group supportive environment
  • 12-week program
  • 1 hour class per week
  • Learning, sharing, problem solving
  • Weekly topics such as balanced eating, physical activity, goal-setting, positive psychology, and behavior sustainability


  • Adults 18 years and older desiring to reach a healthier weight


  • $90 Members
  • $150 Nonmembers
  • Register by May 25 and receive $20 off!
