Handling Tool Operations & Programming

This course is intended for operators, technicians, engineers or programmers who must set up, record and/or troubleshoot programs on a Handling tool software package.  The course covers the Robot Operations outline intermixed with the tasks required to set up the handling tool application, test, run and refine the program and production set up.  recommended safety procedures are integrated into all training exercises.

The course consists of lectures, chapter review, demonstrations and series of lab exercises designed to reinforce what the student has learned.

In addition to lab exercises, a pre-test and a post-test are used to measure mastery of objectives.

First Cohort to Start:  3/18/24

Second Cohort: 6/10/24

Third Cohort: 8/26/24

Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30pm-7:30pm

40 hours, 10 weeks of course work
