Join the 12 Days of Fitness and keep your wellness goals top of mind while having fun during the most magical time of the year.
Sign up online by clicking the registration link below or by contacting your branch. Pick up a 12 Days of Fitness tracker from the membership desk or download a digital tracker with the directions found at the bottom of your registration email. Place your name on your tracker to keep it safe.
Keep your paper tracker with your personal workout gear or hang it up on the 12 Days of Fitness display. It is your choice, but do not lose it!
Check Off Days:
Check off 1 activity for each of the 12 days. Missed days cannot be made up or completed ahead of time.
Each day, participants must complete a minimum of 30 minutes of a chosen
activity. This challenge is meant to be accessible for all individuals and should be personalized to challenge participants at a level that is safe, achievable, and suits their individual needs. Participants are encouraged to connect with a Wellness Attendant or Personal Trainer for equipment instruction, safety, and wellness floor guidelines. Personal trainers are available and offer sessions with expertly designed workouts tailored to their clients’ needs, abilities, and selected goals.
The “Donation” activity is displayed at membership in your branch and is a great option for days when 30 minutes of physical activity is unattainable or a recovery day is needed.
To successfully complete this challenge and earn the prized moisture-wicking shirt, participants must turn in a completed 12 Day Fitness tracker to membership or hang it on the 12 Day Fitness display in their branch. Digital trackers can be emailed to wellness department leaders in your branch. All trackers are due no later than 12/12/2023. Trackers must have 1 activity checked as completed for each of the 12 days. Participants’ names must be on the tracker.
