• Maximum of 25 Guests for swimming
  • Maximum of 40 people total in our party room
• Space includes: trash can, sink, counterspace, tables, chairs, and full gaming set-up. There is direct access to the pool deck from our party room.
• Hosts may utilize our gaming set up including:  2 PlayStation 4 Gaming Consoles on mobile carts, large-screen television with an HDMI port. Games Include:  Madden 24, NBA 2K 24 and Fall Guys. Hosts may also utilize the Gaming Systems to play DVDs.
• Hosts have the ability to decorate and set up the space however they wish. Please bring decorations that you enjoy!
• Hosts are responsible for removing all debris, wiping tables, and removing any decorations they have brought.

Pricing:

• Members: $250
  • $75 deposit to hold the date
  • $175 due 1-week prior to the party
• Non-Members: $300
  • $75 deposit to hold the date
  • $225 due 1-week prior to the party

Time Frame:

• 12:00pm-12:30pm- Hosts arrive to decorate/set-up
• 12:30pm-12:45pm- Guests arrive and sign our Liability Waiver (if guests are not YMCA members)
• 1:00-2:00pm- Swim Time ( non- exclusive pool use)
  • If guests are under 4ft tall / red band, parents must be in the water with the party as per YMCA swimming policy
  • Ask about our swim band policy
• 2:00pm-3:30pm- Food, cake, games etc.
• 3:30pm-4:00pm- Hosts clean/pack up
