Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7-8 PM for 8 Weeks:
- Adults and Teens Ages 13+
- Led by Expert Coach: Certified Personal Trainer Chad, a specialist in strength and conditioning, will guide you through the program.
- All Fitness Levels Welcome: Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, our program is tailored to meet your needs and help you reach your goals.
