Unleash your potential with our Teen Lift Program! This six-week course is tailored for teens looking to build strength, confidence, and a deeper understanding of fitness. Guided by a highly qualified personal trainer holding a BA in Exercise Science and is Certified by ISSA for Personal Training, teens will learn the fundamentals of resistance training, proper form, and building sustainable fitness habits. The final session will be uncovering their personal record!
