Parkinson's Programming

Parkinson's Programming

Our Neurological Wellness Program is designed to support individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and related neurological conditions through evidence-based exercise, education, and community engagement. The program focuses on improving quality of life, maintaining independence, and fostering social connection in a supportive environment.
Rock Steady Boxing
Participants engage in non-contact boxing-inspired fitness classes that focus on agility, coordination, strength, balance, and endurance. Research-supported exercise techniques are used to help slow symptom progression, improve confidence, and enhance overall wellness.
Pedaling for Parkinson’s
This cycling-based exercise program in conjunction with the Davis Phinney Foundation for Parkinson’s uses structured stationary bike training to help improve motor function, stamina, and cardiovascular health. Classes are designed to encourage consistent cadence and safe participation for individuals at varying ability levels.
Alzheimer’s & Dementia Education
Educational sessions provide caregivers, family members, and community participants with valuable information about Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Topics may include:
  • Understanding disease progression
  • Communication strategies
  • Caregiver support and stress management
  • Brain health and wellness
  • Community resources and safety planning
