This class is designed for beginner through advanced swimmers. Focus on proper stroke technique and endurance.

Our refund policy allows for a full refund prior to the start of the class and a 75% refund after the first class. After the start of the second class no refund will be given.

Make-ups will only be given for classes missed due to holidays and if the Y has to cancel a class. Make-ups must be done during the session the participant is currently registered for. Classes missed due to inclement weather will not be made up or given a credit.
