Teen/Adult Swim Lessons & Coaching

Goal based instruction & coaching for all levels of swimming ability. Students are encouraged to set specific goals and track their progress toward those goals. Whether swimming for fitness, sport or just for fun, this class will improve endurance, technique, personal safety  and confidence.

Options include Learn-to-Swim for beginners and Per Hour Coaching for advanced swimmers.

Our refund policy allows for a full refund prior to the start of the class and a 75% refund after the first class. After the start of the second class, no refund will be given.

Illness Policy:  Students may not attend lessons if they exhibit any of the following:

–  Temperature of 100 degrees of higher. Student needs to be fever free without medication for 24 hours before returning to the Y.

–  Vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours before lessons.
