David Hammond

My philosophy is simple: training should feel approachable, purposeful and empowering.

An ACE Certified Personal Trainer, David became a trainer because he knows what it feels like to believe the gym isn’t for you. I remember thinking there was a “right way” to look, lift and belong. Through my journey, I learned that strength isn’t about fitting into a mold- it’s about building capability, confidence and trust in your body. When you understand the process, confidence follows!
