Since earning my degree, I have spent every moment learning and growing with and in the fitness industry. My overall claim to fame is that I focus on alignment and posture because I believe, and have experienced the best results, when we learn how to move our bodies with proper form and awareness of how the entire body works as a unit. I train for functional strength and mobility so everyone can move and feel better to get the most out of an active life at any age. I am experienced with training youth, athletes, special populations, post rehabilitation, active older adults and our beautiful middle-aged women. Physical Training has been a tool, a hobby, and a drive that has been a staple in my life for about eleven years now. I love working with people to reach their goals, and believe in making everything you do in life easier by the efficiency that comes with a healthy, capable body. Personal Training lets me meet new people from all different walks of life that share one common drive, and I love that. I am a former competitive Powerlifter who now teaches Foundations of Strength classes to Youth and Adults at the Bob Hoffman Dover YMCA on top of Personal Training.

Personally, I enjoy lifting weights and training my physique. I have completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from Yoga Alliance and I have attended several yoga workshops in Costa Rica for continuing education. The practice of yoga for me is deeply personal and helps me calm my mind and be able to focus in other areas of my life. I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels and combine aspects of yoga and strength training with my clients.
