Since earning my degree, I have spent every moment learning and growing with and in the fitness industry. My overall claim to fame is that I focus on alignment and posture because I believe, and have experienced the best results, when we learn how to move our bodies with proper form and awareness of how the entire body works as a unit. I train for functional strength and mobility so everyone can move and feel better to get the most out of an active life at any age. I am experienced with training youth, athletes, special populations, post rehabilitation, active older adults and our beautiful middle-aged women. I was inspired to become a Teacher and Trainer after starting my own personal journey and losing over 100 pounds and quitting a 15-year smoking habit! Fitness is a passion of mine that promotes both physical and mental wellness and helps me make friends! The fact that I am able to make it my job is such a blessing, I also love helping others reach their goals and find a proactive hobby. I love to cheer others on! Zumba and weightlifting are my favorites, I hope to see you there!
