Senior Strength Basics
This class style strength class is made for increasing muscular strength, stamina, & balance, for everyday life!
4 weeks we will meet twice a week in a small group on the wellness floor incorporating:
- Warm- Up and mobility
- Free- Weight strength exercises
- Stretching and cool-down
After the 4 week program you will not only see & feel physical differences, but you will also have an increased confidence for your gym time and will have a solid program that you can do on your own.
Meet on the wellness floor for a class style free-weight group learning sessions. Build strength slowly and safely, develop confidence, improve balance, and mobility. Increase your confidence in your daily activities.
