Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is thousands of years old and has many benefits for individuals of all ages in the body and mind. This week program utilizes the principles of TCM and Qigong to assist Members with pain management through gentle movements, breathwork, stress reduction, visualization, and more.

Through this discovery program, Members will learn new tools to utilize in their daily routines and over time may experience less chronic pain, may see a reduction in stress, depression, and anxiety, lower blood pressure, and an increase in overall wellness.
