Cookies with Santa
Join us for a fun evening of cookie decorating, hot chocolate, and crafts while enjoying a visit from Santa himself!
Children will be able to tell Santa their Christmas list while parents take pictures!
The cost is $10 per family.

Fall Risk Assessment - FREE - Lampeter-Strasburg
Decrease your risk of falls, during Fall Risk Awareness Week.
We will have two opportunities for FREE screens at the Lampeter-Strasburg YMCA from our friends at Ivy Rehab Lancaster East.
September 22 & 24th from 9:00am -12:00pm each day
Friendsgiving Potluck
Friendsgiving Celebration for the Young At Heart
Join us for a heartwarming Friendsgiving gathering as we celebrate friendship, gratitude, and community! This special event is designed for active older adults to come together and enjoy a festive afternoon filled with delicious food, laughter, and fun.
Guests will enjoy a Friendsgiving meal (non-traditional to not spoil your Thanksgiving celebrations), connect with old friends and make new ones, and participate in a variety of engaging games and activities. From classic table games and friendly competitions to seasonal trivia and door prizes, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Come share in the spirit of thanksgiving, create lasting memories, and celebrate the friendships that make our community stronger. We look forward to gathering around the table with you for an afternoon of fun, fellowship, and gratitude!

Shoulder Health & Wellness Screen
Shoulder pain, stiffness, or weakness getting in the way of your workouts or daily activities?
Stop by for a complimentary shoulder health screen with an occupational therapist!
Participants will receive a brief assessment of shoulder mobility, strength, and function, along with individualized education and recommendations to help keep their shoulders healthy and moving well. Whether you’re experiencing discomfort or simply want to be proactive about your shoulder health, this event is a great opportunity to learn more about your movement and when it may be time to seek additional care.
