This 10 week program meets twice per week and is designed to be your motivation into the New Year- and all year long!

  • Fitness challenges for in the gym and outdoors/at home keep you accountable no matter what your location.
  • A small group environment provides comradery and motivation while targeted coaching gives you the skills and knowledge needed to change your fitness level for life.
  • Lead by a certified Personal Trainer, you will not only learn safe and correct exercises and functional fitness movements, but this knowledge and skill set will give you what you need to permanently enhance your fitness.
