Our 6-week Small Group Fitness Program designed to enhance mobility, build foundational strength, improve balance, and prevent injuries, all while fostering a supportive community environment. Join Dylan, certified Personal Trainer, trained through an NCCA accredited institution, as he brings expertise, professionalism, and passion to guide you on your journey.

At the heart of our program lies a comprehensive assessment of your current mobility levels. Understanding your body’s strengths and limitations is crucial for crafting personalized workouts that cater to your individual needs. Our trainer will utilize a range of assessment tools to evaluate your flexibility, joint mobility, and overall movement patterns, ensuring a tailored approach to your fitness regimen.

Throughout the program, you’ll engage in a variety of exercises and activities aimed at increasing mobility and flexibility. Dynamic stretching, mobility drills, and targeted movements will help unlock tight muscles and improve range of motion, setting the stage for enhanced performance and injury prevention.

Foundational strength forms the cornerstone of our program. Through progressive resistance training and bodyweight exercises, you’ll develop a strong and stable foundation to support your daily activities and recreational pursuits.
