8 One - Hour Sessions
Savage Roses Barbell is a program dedicated to you and your lifting journey. Whether you are at the start of your journey, or are looking to progress, refine, and compete, Savage Roses Barbell is here to guide you towards that goal.
Your one on one sessions include;
- Twice a week with a Specialized Trainer
- Weightlifting (Snatches, Clean & Jerks)
- Powerlifting (Squat, Bench, Deadlift)
- Sport Performance
- 24 hour cancellation notice is required
- Sessions expire 3-months from purchase date
- Sessions are non-transferable
- Session are non-refundable, unless medical waiver is provided prior to expiration

- 4 individual, 60 minute group sessions with a personal trainer once a week
- Groups range in size from 2 to 4 participants
- 24 hour cancellation notice is required
