Parents Night Out

Pool Night on February 21, 2025

We have new policies in place, and Pool Nights are for ages 6-12 years old.

You deserve a chance to relax for an evening in a quiet home or perhaps that much-needed “Date Night”. Parents Night Out is an opportunity for our Members and Non-Members to drop the kids off with our trained and enthusiastic staff. We will provide a simple dinner for the kids (Pizza is the standard favorite), and we will engage the youths, sometimes, in a craft relative to the season or an activity designed to educate and empower. Alternating monthly with Pool Nights, where the youths will have access to our pool. It’s our goal to provide a fun, safe, and inclusive opportunity for youths to make new friends and build a more diverse life experience. (ages 3-12 & 6-12 for Pool Nights)

Drop-off time is 5:30pm, and pick-up is 8:30pm.

Take a night off for yourself and let us entertain the child(ren) in your life.

Our caring and creative staff will keep your children engaged with a new theme every session creating craft and STEM projects, playing games, and meeting new friends in the community. Dinner will NOT be provided. From 6PM to 9PM.

Dates and Themes:

Friday, January 17 – Baby It’s Cold Outside

Snowballs and sno-cones = snow much fun! Children will enjoy making a cozy fleece blanket along with snacking on snowflake pretzels and snowball cheeseballs.

Friday, February 21 – Friends Make Our Hearts Happy!

Come join us, play with old friends, make new ones, or bring your bestie along! We will have a friendship themed craft for the evening and a delicious snack available. Bring a non-member friend for free! Sign up at the Welcome Desk.

Friday, March 21 – Somewhere Over the Rainbow

Have you ever tasted the rainbow? Well come join us for Taste the Rainbow game and an evening full of crafts. Colorful snacks will be provided!

Friday, April 18 – Easter Celebration

Celebrate the Easter holiday with an egg hunt, egg coloring, and get a picture with the Easter Bunny! Snack will be provided.

Friday, May 16 – Bug Out!

Do you like bugs? No worries, no live bugs will be harmed this night…instead you will create your own play-doh bugs! Bring your crazy ideas to life. Snack will be provided.

Spend First Fridays out and about, we’ve got the kids covered!

Our caring and creative staff will keep your children engaged with a new theme every session creating craft & STEM projects, playing games, and meeting new friends in the community.

Each child will need to bring a water bottle clearly labeled with their name.

All children in attendance must be fully potty trained.

Drop off starts at 5:30pm. Pick up must be complete by 8:30pm.

Parents must be available to come within 15 minutes if an emergency call must be made.

Participate in gym activities, arts & crafts, and swimming. Pizza, chips, and a drink will be provided for dinner. Not offered in August due to scheduling conflicts.
