To ensure that tenants in the facility have everything they need to provide Spring Grove’s residents with the best experiences possible, the YMCA of the Roses and other partners in the project are raising funds in their Campaign for the Generations through public and private sources to renovate the old middle school building in Spring Grove.
Key parts of the construction costs include…
Ongoing operations of the facility will be covered using revenue from the YMCA’s membership and programs and rent from building tenants. In addition, the YMCA has a robust fundraising program that will secure charitable Contributions from individuals and businesses in the area year after year so that the Y can provide life-changing community work for the Spring Grove region.
The capital renovations to the facility are estimated to cost $8,400,000. The partnership has already recured a state RACP grant of $4,200,000, but needs to raise matching funds.
The YMCA and other organizations in the Roth Church Road Community Partnership are conducting a Capital Campaign to raise the $4,200,000 needed to maximize the RACP grant and make their vision a reality!
