Mondays and Wednesdays 11:00 am- 12:00 pm
This course will take place outdoors on the solid walking trails. If weather is not cooperating this class will take place in the gym.

Trainer Mike has experience as a past Competitive Walker & coach of Lancaster YMCA Team, trained a client 1:1 for Olympics, MS Exercise Physiology, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Nutrition Specialist, & Certified Massage Therapist
