Join us in a fitness program where a certified personal trainer leads a small group of individuals (typically 3-6 people) through customized workout routines, providing personalized attention and guidance while allowing for the benefits of a group training environment, including motivation and accountability.

Wellness Warriors
The Healthy Lifestyle begins with the mind. A thought, a catalyst for change. Whatever your goals, we will help you achieve them. Our Wellness Warriors program lays the foundation for your next steps in fitness.
You will meet twice a week with a trainer for 10 weeks. Starting off with a cardio test of Running, Biking and Rowing on the first day. The second day will consist of Squat, Push-Ups and Deadlift the second day. The results will be the starting points of each participant. Results will compared at the end as the same tests will be done on the final week.
This program will be a combination of mental and physical challenges to help you surpass your limits and reach your goals. Join this encouraging community today!
