Youth Basketball
The YMCA offers a variety of basketball programs. Youth will gain skill enhancement through practices and games in a recreational and instructional setting. Coed and all skill levels welcome. Offered at various YMCA Branches. 8-12 week program, schedule varies between branches. Also offered are clinics, lessons, and more.

Each participant receives a reversible 76ers jersey. The season consists of 8-weeks with 1 practice during the weekdays and 1 game on Saturdays. The league will allow participants to develop their skills within a team setting while also providing a competitive aspect to the game. The league will run from December 9th thru February 22nd with each team having a weeknight practice and games on Saturday either at LS or City Branch.

LS, Jr. NBA Coaches' Registration

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for our Jr. NBA program. Without volunteer coaches, our program would not be able to run.
Our basketball program is an official league of the Jr. NBA! All participants will receive a reversible 76ers jersey to wear on gamedays. We will also open our Jr. NBA store for participants and coaches to order their own Jr. NBA swag!
Our coaching positions are strictly volunteer based, but you could qualify for future basketball discounts if you coach the entirety of the season. All volunteers are required to complete our Volunteer Matters sign-up which will be located in the registration email once you are signed up. We will be designating practice times based on your availability and the availability of the gym. Please keep in mind that we are a multi-use facility, and we share the gym with group exercise classes and other members. We cannot guarantee your requested day/time, but we will do our best to accommodate coaches and their specific age-group.
*This is just a registration for the coach. You will have to register your child/children separately*
